Big Valley is a small town on the Alberta prairies. Its history, however, is nothing but small! Every step, every building, every landmark here tells stories!
This is the final destination of the old steamer. After the deep immersion into the glorious past of Big Valley, the passengers board the train for the trip back to Stettler, to our busy and noisy 21-st century.
Engine whistles for the last time, and the cars slowly roll by one by one. Finally, the trailing caboose disappears in the distance, leaving behind the old station, the empty wooden platform... and the distinct smell left by the engine. Who would think that time machines operate on coal?
